Privacy Policy

Purpose
Ignite Gym Fee Manager is intended for authorized adult gym administrators. It stores operational records needed to manage members, subscriptions, fees, payments, and receipts.
Information processed
Depending on administrator use, records may include a member’s name, phone number, optional address, age, gender, shift, Aadhaar number, weight, profile photo, membership package, fee amount, payment method, and payment dates. Administrator email addresses and Firebase user IDs are used for account access and security.
How information is used
Information is used only for application functionality and account management: maintaining member records, calculating subscriptions, recording gym fee history, creating receipts, reporting, backup, and administrator authentication.
Storage and service providers
Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/Firebase. Google Firebase acts as a service provider. The app does not share information for advertising or sale and does not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
Payments
The app records payment method and transaction history for gym accounting. It does not collect card numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, or other payment credentials, and it does not process payments.
Retention and deletion
Authorized administrators control their gym records. To request deletion of an administrator account and associated data, submit the official Ignite Gym data-deletion form. Requests may also be sent to akashs@duck.com.
Security
Access is restricted through administrator authentication. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect operational data.
